For iDste products purchased directly from the Company or from authorized agents and dealers of the Company, such as quality problems caused by improper raw materials or process treatment, the company undertakes to repair or replace them unconditionally and free of charge during the warranty period. Warranty services are provided free of charge except for incidental expenses such as insurance, mailing and delivery. (Please pack carefully when sending the product for repair)
The following circumstances may not be included in the scope of free repair and replacement: man-made damage to the product, failure to comply with the corresponding technology, safety regulations, high pressure, high temperature, excessive humidity caused by the product damage, the company will not provide free repair or replacement.
